## Healthcare Information

Personal health information collected as part of naturopathic care is handled in accordance with applicable Ontario privacy legislation, including the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

Healthcare records are managed separately from general marketing and coaching communications. Text messaging through our VIP program is not intended for sharing sensitive medical information.

## SMS Text Messaging

FASTer Way VIP members may choose to receive daily text messages from Jennifer Haessler containing motivation, encouragement, fitness and nutrition tips, reminders, and program-related information.

Messages are typically sent once per day. Members may reply directly to communicate with Jennifer.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent information is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Service providers involved in delivering messages may process information as necessary to provide the messaging service.

## Information Sharing and Security

We may use third-party service providers to support website hosting, scheduling, communications, payment processing, and program administration. Personal information is shared only as necessary for these services or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
