Meet Dr. Jennifer Haessler, ND
Dr. Jennifer Haessler is a Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Nutrition & Fitness Coach specializing in metabolic and hormonal health for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
She provides virtual naturopathic care to support women across Ontario.
With over two decades of clinical experience, she takes a structured, root-cause approach—combining targeted testing, strategic nutrition, strength training, and personalized treatment plans to address what’s actually driving symptoms.
She is the creator of the Midlife Hormone Blueprint, a phased approach designed to identify and address the underlying drivers of fatigue, weight gain, sleep disruption, and hormone imbalance.
Jennifer’s focus on midlife health is both clinical and personal. Over the past decade, while navigating her own perimenopausal transition, she became deeply invested in understanding how hormones, metabolism, muscle mass, and stress resilience interact during this stage of life.
Through that journey — combined with years of patient care — she developed a clear conviction: midlife is not a decline. With the right strategy, it can be a powerful recalibration.
Her goal is to help women feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies through menopause and beyond.
She works with women who are ready to move beyond guesswork and follow a clear, structured plan to improve their metabolism, energy, and hormone health.
