From there, we determine which targeted lab assessments will provide meaningful insight into how your thyroid, metabolic health, inflammation markers, nutrient status, and hormones are truly functioning. The goal is optimal function — not simply “within range.”
Based on your results, we create a structured, step-by-step treatment plan that integrates clinical nutrition, targeted supplementation, botanical medicine, lifestyle optimization, and when appropriate, bioidentical hormone support.
