The Strong & Social Meet-up is an opportunity for women to learn, move, and connect.
It includes a discussion by Dr. Jennifer Haessler, ND on a midlife health topic with practical take-home strategies, followed by a group workout led by Jennifer with adaptations for different fitness levels. We finish with a post-workout snack and time to socialize.
