Ready isn’t a feeling — it’s a decision
You don’t have to feel ready — you just have to begin.
Are you the kind of person who wants to have everything figured out before you start something new?
I definitely have that tendency. When I’m thinking about a new project or a change I want to make, my instinct is to prepare — research all the options, gather all the information, and feel like I’ve done everything “right” before I begin.
And what often happens?
It doesn’t happen at all.
Either I get stuck in overthinking… or I keep telling myself I’ll start once I feel more ready or my schedule opens up.
Over time, I’ve realized something — both in my own life and in my work with women:
Ready isn’t a feeling. It’s a decision.
If we wait until we feel ready to make a change, chances are we’ll put it off… or never do it at all.
When talking with women about making health changes, this often comes up:
“I’ll wait until my birthday.”
“After the holidays.”
“When things slow down.”
But the truth is, life doesn’t really slow down — it just keeps moving. And any habit that’s going to stick has to be built inside real life, not in some imaginary future where everything feels easier.
That’s one of the reasons I love the FASTer Way approach — and why it worked so well for me.
Workouts are about 30 minutes
They can be done at home with minimal equipment
Daily coaching support from me, plus a check in call to clarify your goals and plan
Personalized macros — you choose the foods that work for you
Support and accountability from an amazing FASTer Way community
It’s designed to fit into life as it is.
You don’t need to do everything.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t even need to feel ready.
You just need to start.
That’s why I’ve opened a January 12th 21-day FASTer Way group — for women who are ready to stop waiting and start creating momentum.
Even 21 days, focusing on progress over perfection, can lead to meaningful shifts in energy, sleep, mood, confidence, and digestion.
If you’ve been thinking about:
• moving your body more consistently
• starting strength training (at any age or stage)
• creating a healthier, more sustainable way of eating
This is your gentle nudge.
