A few things I’m ready to leave behind in 2025…
The view from my desk — a perfect spot for reflection as we head into 2026.
The end of a year and the start of a new one naturally invites reflection. It always makes me think about the passage of time - where I am relative to where I’d like to be, and how I want my life and health to feel moving forward.
As we head into 2026, there are a few things I’m ready to say goodbye to, especially in the world of women’s health.
Here are three of them.
⸻
Goodbye to “right” and “wrong” health rules.
Health is nuanced. There is no one size fits all approach for menopause (or anything else for that matter) and I’d love to say good bye to sweeping statements about what everyone should be doing. That kind of messaging may work well for marketing, but the truth is that what works for one woman may not feel right for another — and that doesn’t mean anyone is doing anything wrong. I hope we see less judgment and more curiosity, experimentation, and self-trust about what feels right for each of us.
Goodbye to the story that everything goes downhill after 40.
Yes, hormones change, and yes, symptoms are common — but struggling doesn’t have to be your forever story. With the right support, this season of life can be one of strength, energy, and confidence. That belief is at the very heart of my practice.
Goodbye to extremes and quick fixes.
As January approaches, there’s often pressure to restrict more, do more, or start perfectly. But lasting change rarely comes from extremes. It comes from fitting consistent, realistic habits around nutrition, movement, strength, sleep, and stress management into real life. It may not be flashy — but it’s what works.
⸻
As we move into the new year, my hope is that you don’t feel the need to overhaul everything at once. It’s natural to think about what you’d like to improve or change, but remember this:
You don’t need perfection.
You don’t need extremes.
You don’t need a diet.
Small, sustainable steps truly do add up.
⸻
If you’re thinking about your health in the new year…
If you’re feeling motivated to make positive changes in your health in 2026, that’s wonderful. There are two ways you can choose to work with me — depending on what kind of support you’re looking for.
→ Naturopathic care (Midlife Hormone Blueprint)
This is my most personalized level of care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. We work step by step to address the key pillars that truly optimize hormones and improve overall health in a personalized way. This is the approach I’ve found to be most effective for creating meaningful, lasting change.
Because this work is highly individualized, availability is limited. I have 5 new patient spots available in January.
→ January 5th FASTer Way round
If your focus right now is building strength, improving nutrition, and creating consistent habits around food and movement, my January 5th FASTer Way round is a great place to start. It’s not a diet or a short-term reset, but a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition that creates real, positive change. It still amazes me how much can shift simply by implementing these foundational pieces.
If you’re unsure which option is the best fit (or if you’re curious about both), simply reply to this email and tell me a bit about what you’re looking for. I’m happy to help guide you.
Wishing you a start to 2026 that creates momentum you can carry throughout the year. Let’s make it a great one.
