You don’t have to choose between personal wellness and success in other areas of your life.

So much more than the colour of my hair has changed in the last 5 years.

When we care for ourselves, we can show up for others with more compassion, joy, and purpose.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to share my thoughts, experiences, and knowledge with this incredible community. Thanks for being here.

As I reflect on what I’m grateful for, I’ve been thinking about how much has changed over the past few years — both personally and professionally — and the lessons that have come with that growth.

Five years ago, I made one of the biggest decisions of my career — selling the multi-disciplinary clinic I co-owned and moving my practice fully online.

At the time, I was burnt out. I loved my work, my coworkers, and my patients, but I knew I couldn’t keep showing up for everyone else without taking better care of myself first. That decision — though difficult — changed everything. It gave me space to breathe, to be present with my family, and to rediscover what true wellness looks like for me.

Fast-forward to today: I feel stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled than ever — and I’m also excited to take my business to the next level so I can help more women feel their best.

But if I’m honest, part of me has been afraid that growing my business might mean letting go of the balance I’ve built.

And then this week, something clicked:

Two things can be true.

I can be the mom, wife, and friend I want to be and run a thriving, successful business.

It reminded me how often we see things as either/or:

“I don’t have time for myself if I’m driving my kids to hockey.”

“I can’t work full-time and cook healthy meals.”

“I’m too old to start strength training.”

But those beliefs aren’t the whole story. With the right mindset — and the right plan — both can be true.

We don’t have a shortage of information these days. (You can Google or ask AI anything!) What most women need is a clear plan and accountability to put that knowledge into action. That’s where I come in - as a Naturopathic Doctor and as a FASTer Way coach — to help you cut through the noise, find what works for your body, and actually make it happen.

If you’ve been wondering whether my 3-Week Reset is right for you, this is your sign to say yes.

We start Monday — and it’s three weeks focused on:

Building strength and energy

Resetting nutrition and metabolism

Feeling confident and comfortable in your body

It’s just $99 USD (approx $140 CAD) — about the cost of a Starbucks coffee a day — and the results are real: less joint pain, better energy, and more confidence.
